Glomus tumors are neoplasms arising from the glomus body, which regulate skin temperature. They mostly benign and present in subungual area of a distal phalanx. However, they can occur extradigital location, may not be typical intradigital tumors. This makes it difficult to diagnose We report volar tumor mimicking painful ganglion with literature review.
